Artist Statement:
The name Manos (“Hands” in the Spanish language) is intended to convey the idea of physicality of the matter, focusing in the elements of composition, colour, texture and ultimately the primordial love for the act of art-making. The practice deepens dealing with subjects of personal interest and passions of a lifetime such as music, architecture, poetry and history, particularly the history of art in the western world.
